Nonstick muffin pans for quick and easy cleanup
Nonstick muffin pans are a must for making muffins now a days. Unless using the paper liners non stick muffin pans are the best! You still need to use a little oil on the pan, but they are always much easier to clean up than ordinary muffin pans. I recently tried a coconut banana muffin recipe and because of the coconut oil in the mix the muffins just fell out of the muffin pan after the bake time was complete.
Of course if needing to use the paper muffin cups these non stick pans are still easier to use as any small spills on the pan will be easier to clean up after the baking and cooling are done.
What are your favorite muffin recipes to make?
I really like the coconut banana muffins that I mentioned above and also a favorite are banana walnut and also blueberry muffins when blueberries are in season. Late July in my area the blueberries become ripe and will go into many types of recipes in my kitchen. Another great muffin recipe would be apple Cinnamon, as apples are available all year round and these are easy to bake and make a good tale a long snack. Home baked muffins are an easy to bake treat and much healthier than the mass produced ones that the quicky marts sell as they are laden with too much sugar and hydrogenated oils which have been known to be very unhealthy for us. In any case using the nonstick muffin pans are a must in my kitchen.
